President Candice Peters works closely with every Aspen client to
ensure that the entire process meets their needs. She’s also
responsible for sales and marketing and designing new floor plans.
Candice has a degree in interior and architectural design as well as
certifications in kitchen and bath design. She brings her with
her a wealth of knowledge and expertise
in lighting, floor and wall coverings, architectural drafting,
plumbing, and heating to every project.
Secretary/Treasurer Gary Zander uses his 30 years of management
experience at IBM to guarantee that all Aspen customers have the
best-possible options for financing, home closings and insurance.
Gary also assists with sales, and is a former president and current
board member of the Rochester Area Builders Association.
Vice
President Mike Hortop is our project- and quality-manager. He’ll
make sure that your home is finished to the specifications and
according to all local and state codes, and that
all permits and housing inspections are completed. Mike had his
own construction crew that framed houses for over 25 years before
joining the Aspen team. Mike uses his knowledge of
the Rochester building industry to partner with the area’s leading
subcontractors. Mike is also on the Board of Directors for the
Rochester Area Builders. |
